NJC/05/15 – WORKFORCE SURVEY
Please find attached, a copy of NJC circular number NJC/05/15, which reports the NJC earning survey being undertaken.
This circular reports on the survey data form, which is an Excel spreadsheet and is too large and unwieldy to print and send to members.
The primary details of the data to be provided by fire and rescue services however is provided in a list form, attached to this Head Office circular.
