Please note that the result of the ballot as to whether members of the FBU are prepared to take part in industrial action short of a strike in relation to the above dispute is as follows:
Number of votes cast in the ballot: [18,446]
Number of individuals answering “yes”: [15,758]
Number of individuals answering “no”: [2,632]
Number of spoiled voting papers: [56]
A majority voted in favour of industrial action short of a strike. I will contact you shortly to give details of the proposed industrial action short of a strike once it has been determined.
